Q) Where do you ship from?
A) We have partnered with facilities in both the USA as well as China. Due to this, multiple items ordered may ship from different locations and therefore may arrive separately and on different days.
Q) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A) Transit time varies depending on your location but typically, orders will arrive between 7 and 30 days. Most orders ship via E-Packet, which is a US Post Office product. Orders placed between September and December may require additional time to arrive.
Q) What is your refund policy?
A) We guarantee all products purchased from us for a period of 30 days from the delivery date. Email us if you have any questions regarding your item(s) and we will start a return claim for you, including return instructions. Items will need to be returned prior to a refund or replacement.
Q) Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
A) We will provide a tracking number for all packages shipped to you. Please be aware it may take up to 48 hours for any updates on your tracking numbers to post.
Q) What payment options do you offer?
A) We accept payments via Paypal as well as credit card payments (AMEX, VISA and MasterCard). Please be aware we can only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card. A signature may be required for orders over $99.
Q) Do you still offer dropshipping services?
A) Unfortunately, our current business model no longer allows for dropshipping or having products shipped to Amazon via FBA. We can only ship to the address associated with your credit card.
